The objective of the role is to provide face to face financial planning services to UK based personal and corporate clients, whilst working compliantly and closely with a designated Client Service Administrator to ensure best client outcome. The ideal candidate is an energetic, assertive, and confident communicator who wants to enhance their skill set and work in a dynamic, team-based environment. In order to succeed, anyone looking to join must be:


QualifiedLevel 4 Diploma Qualified Financial Adviser or Mortgage Adviser with a relevant qualification such as the CeMAP qualification.


Experienced Relevant and extensive experience working as a Financial Adviser or Mortgage Planner with the ability to develop effective relationships with clients.


Motivated Strong self-motivation and organisational skills with persuasiveness, determination and tenacity to succeed in a competitive arena.

An informal meeting to begin the “get to know you process” and to review your CV and qualifications. We will present our values, plans and structure while explaining details and expectations of the role you are applying for.


We would then have a more formal interview with a review of your knowledge, technical ability and compliance awareness. There would be a further review of your career to date and a discussion around your financial status.

We will produce and present you with an offer and discuss it with you. We will help complete your Intrinsic application and collate any supporting documentation required by Intrinsic.

In order to provide extra knowledge, skills and confidence, we provide training and development sessions. There is a half day Pre Course Training session followed by a 5 day Training Course. Once that it is complete there is a telephone assesment followed by a 6 day Welcome & Business Planning Course.
